SimpleTire makes it easy, smooth and fast to replace the tires on your vehicle. It connects tire shops with tire buyers and tire installers. This model allows it to offer a wide range of tires, as well as local installation in almost any location.

To buy tires from SimpleTire, you simply need to visit its website and then browse its collection of tires, to choose what you want. You can browse tires by brand, type, vehicle, or size. You can also check out some of the tires that are available on offer.

Alternatively, you can also choose any of the platform’s personalized recommendations. You will be required to provide some information. Some of the details I was asked to provide when looking for tires include the make and model of the vehicle, tire size, tire type or tire brand. From there, the platform will recommend some tires to go with your vehicle.

After selecting some tires for my vehicle, I then proceed to schedule and pay for them. I was then asked where I would like my tires to be shipped. Tire Prices at SimpleTire

Similar to other tire shops, the prices of tires on SimpleTire will vary from one tire to the other, depending on the one you choose. For instance, the set of four Yokohama Avid Ascend GT tires that I purchased for my 2019 Nissan Altima at SimpleTire cost me around $245.

But on average, the tires are competitively priced. SimpleTire also offers price-match guarantees. So, if you are purchasing a set of tires on this platform and you happen to find them offered at a lower price elsewhere, then SimpleTire will match this price.

SimpleTire Shipping Process

According to SimpleTire, orders are processed within 30 minutes after being placed. And as I mentioned earlier, SimpleTire offers free shipping for all normal-sized tires. And, this free shipping doesn’t come with any attached terms and conditions. For instance, some sellers may require you to purchase a certain number of tires to qualify for free shipping.

But, this is not the case with SimpleTire. Only larger-size tires are subject to shipping fees. Tires are delivered either via UPS, FedEx or local drivers. Shipping takes approximately two to four business days once you place your order. They will then be shipped to your home, office, or local installation center, depending on your preferences.

Having bought tires from this platform, I can confidently say that my order arrived on the third day after placing my order.

SimpleTire Return Policy

SimpleTire is, without a doubt, a legitimate and highly reliable tire seller. However, you may sometimes want to return a set of tires that you’ve purchased on this platform, for various reasons. So, does SimpleTire allow buyers to return tires?

Yes, SimpleTire has a return policy in place. Therefore, if you purchase a set of tires but you decided not to keep them, you can opt to return them to SimpleTire. However, you should submit your return request within 30-days of your delivery. Also, the tires should be unused, meaning they shouldn’t have been installed on your vehicle or even driven on to qualify for a return.

To return tires, you should tape them according to the instructions that you will receive with your order. From there, you should then take the tires to the nearest FedEx location and they will be shipped to SimpleTire. In case there is no nearby FedEx pick-up in your area, you should get in touch with the company and they will make arrangements as to when or how the tires will be picked up from your location.

Once the tires have arrived back at the company’s warehouse, SimpleTire will proceed to issue you a refund, using the original payment method. However, the company will deduct a $20 shipping fee. But, if you decide to place another order or you received the wrong shipment, then the company will waive the $20 shipping fee.

SimpleTire Cancellation Policy

SimpleTire allows a 30-minute cancellation window. And, the time will start ticking immediately after you place an order. Within this window, you can cancel any order that you’ve placed. And, you won’t incur any penalties.

However, cancellation after the 30-minute window is impossible, since SimpleTire requires its tire suppliers to commence shipping orders within a certain time. Therefore, cancellation of orders after 30 minutes have passed is not possible.

SimpleTire Warranties

All tires sold through SimpleTire are covered by their specific manufacturers’ warranties. For instance, if you buy a set of Michelin tires through SimpleTire, then they will be covered by Michelin’s warranty.

All tires are covered by a workmanship and materials warranty. According to this warranty, the manufacturer promises to replace or repair an eligible tire, if you buy one that has defects caused by workmanship or materials.

Also, the majority of the tires that you will find at SimpleTire are covered by an additional warranty like a treadwear warranty. Some may also come with free trial periods.
